Yes! We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy on most items. If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re really sorry! Please take clear pictures of the damaged item and email us at lazifire3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
